Chatbots are the machine equivalent of the human employees in your company. Just like your human employees, chatbots can autonomously answer questions or automate processes, depending on the technology used, and do so simultaneously for many of your customers, around the clock.
To implement a chatbot in Userlike, you need two components:
- A machine employee, such as artificial intelligence in the form of our AI Automation Hub.
- Access to the Userlike system (or, in other words, an "employee license") for this machine employee. This is the "Chatbot Operator".
The direct comparison to a human employee illustrates this concept very well. Because in order for a person to chat in your Userlike account, it also requires two components:
- The employee, i.e., a person hired by your human resources department (and paid a salary).
- Access to the Userlike system (or, in other words, an "employee license") for this human employee. This is the "Operator".
