There are usually three possible reasons why the Chat Button of your Userlike Chat Widget does not appear on your website:
- Follow this tutorial in order to integrate the Userlike Widget script correctly into your website, by entering the script into your website properly.
- You have activated the option "Hide button when no operator is available" or "Hide button outside of service hours". These options can be found in the widget settings under Chat> Advanced. Log into your Userlike Message Center and / or make sure that the service times are set correctly so that the chat widget appears on your website.
- Userlike has not yet been integrated into your Cookie Consent Manager. As soon as you do that, the chat widget will appear on your page. You can read here which cookies Userlike sets and for what purpose.
