In the widget editor, you can restrict the collection of personal data under Chat > Data
Privacy. To do this, enable the "Don't gather personal data" option:
This avoids receiving and storing any unsolicited personal data from users. This includes the IP address, user agent (browser as well as operating system information), referrer URL and total page visits. Data that a user provides himself, such as the e-mail address or name
is not affected by this setting. Also not affected is the Javascript API that you may use to send information from your business layer to Userlike.
Note
If "Don't gather personal data" is checked, the menu item "Live Preview" will be unavailable.
