Features not (yet) possible with the email channel
- Forwarding via email (assigning in Userlikes Message Center to another operator is possible)
- Using CC/BCC addresses for the answer
As a workaround you can use the “Send transcript to a team member” option within the 3-dot-button in the top menu of Userlikes Message Center.
