A widget consists of a chat button and a chat window. Both can be adjusted visually and in behavior via the Userlike widget editor. We offer multiple options to customize its design. For example, you can change the colors, upload your logo or remove our "Powered by Userlike" link.
Moreover, you can choose between different feature settings for the widget (Chat Behavior). For instance, you can enable the automatic chat invitation or ask your users for a rating after each chat. All of these settings and a lot more can be found within the Userlike Dashboard
