Userlike allows you to create groups consisting of your different operators.
You can make use of the group function when you want chats to be routed to certain Operators. For example, you prefer chats from your homepage Widget to be sent to your sales team, and chats from your websites’ login area to your support team. Add a new group and name it. Then assign your new group to the Operators in their profile settings under "Team" >"Operators".
