Userlike has a built-in translation tool that allows you to easily provide multilingual support. When you receive a message in a foreign language in your Message Center and activate the translation tool, it automatically detects the language. You can also change it manually. The customer request is automatically translated into the language set in your operator profile using artificial intelligence. You reply in your language and your messages are automatically translated into your customer's language.
You can exclude certain parts of your text from translation by highlighting that part and then using the corresponding button in the top right of the input field.
