Userlike has a built-in translation tool that allows you to easily provide multilingual support. When you receive a message in a foreign language in your Message Center and activate the translation tool, it automatically detects the language. You can also change it manually. The customer request is automatically translated into the language set in your operator profile using artificial intelligence. You reply in your language and your messages are automatically translated into your customer's language.
You can exclude words from being translated by putting them into # # Example: This will be translated #this not#
What languages are available?
Userlike has no influence on the further development of languages. We use DeepL's interface for live translation. The languages that will be added in the future are decided by DeepL.
