Can I use a tracking tool?

To optimize the utilization of our chat, some of our customers use Google Analytics.
With this tracking tool you're able to track the following five events:
  • Contact sent a message to the operator
  • Operator sent a message to the contact
  • Conversation session started
  • Contact offered a proactive chat
  • Proactive conversation started through contact message
