Is WhatsApp included in my current plan? Are there any additional costs?
The WhatsApp integration is available in all paid plans with our currrent pricing.

Since June 1st, 2023 changes are in place in the pricing of WhatsApp Business. Each business-initiated conversation will be charged according to the new WhatsApp price list.
If you have activated one or more WhatsApp Business Channels via Userlike, this will also change the calculation basis for you. Meta/WhatsApp’s new pricing will charge a set rate for all business-initiated conversations.

Charges are calculated by Userlike at the end of a quarter via invoicing or charging the deposited credit card.
How many conversations are included per month?
With your approved WhatsApp Business Account, the first 1.000 user-initiated conversations per month are free.  Business-initiated conversations will be charged according to the new WhatsApp price list as of June 1st 2023.
What happens when I exceed 1000 conversations per month?
Should you reach 1.000 conversations, we charge the actual additional cost. Currently this is calculated and billed quarterly. An invoice is sent out or your credit card is being charged.
How are conversations counted?
All conversations are measured in fixed 24-hour sessions. A conversation starts when the first business message in a conversation is delivered, either initiated by the business or in reply to a user message. Each 24 hour conversation session results in a single charge.
Are there any additional costs if I use templates?
Businesses and users can exchange any number of messages, including template messages, within a 24 hour conversation session without incurring additional charges. Using a template to respond after the 24-hour period is considered a new business-initiated conversation. Any responses from and to the customer over the next 24 hours will be considered to be a part of the same conversation.
Starting from June 1st 2023, Meta will charge a fee for each template. The category of the template message used determines the conversation category, which in turn determines the price of the conversation. Conversations are divided into three new categories: Utility, Authentication and Marketing. You can read more about it here.
Conversation charges are based on the contact's country code, and prices for business and user-initiated conversations vary by country or region.
