With Userlike, not only can you chat with customers on your website, but also on other platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Threema or SMS. We refer to such "external messengers" as channels. Depending on the product you choose, you can connect to a different number of those messaging apps. Website chat is included in all packages by default and isn't counted as one of your available channels.
