You can view all logged data in your Audit Log in the Dashboard.
In the Audit Log, different events will be logged that concern changes made to your Userlike account, e.g. deactivating Operators, Userlike employees logging in as a super user, adding resources and add-ons, changing of passwords, etc.
Furthermore, you can access chat transcripts, protocols of the chats that took place between your Operators and Webvisitors.
Chat transcripts will be stored until they are deleted manually or automatically as defined in your organization settings.
