I changed the Widget. Why can't I see my changes?

Occasionally you will experience that the changes you have made in your Widget Editor will not show on your website.
Often this is caused by an old browser cache that is still loading your previous configuration. When you clear your cache and reload your webpage, you should be able to see the changes you have made.


Below are some tipps on how to clear your cache in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
  • Go to your browser Preferences
  • At the bottom of the page click on Advancedv
  • In the Privacy and security area click on Clear browsing data
  • Select your time range and check at least 'Cached images and files' and 'Cookies and other site data'
  • Click Clear browsing data
  • Restart your Chrome browser
  • Click the menu button and choose Preferences.
  • Click on Privacy and Security
  • In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
  • Restart your Firefox browser
  • Go to your browser Preferences
  • Click the Advanced tab and check the box 'Show Develop menu in menu bar'
  • Select Develop in the menu bar on the top of the screen and click 'Empty Caches'
  • Restart your Safari browser
