Whatsapp’s channel feature compared with the Business API

To use WhatsApp as a company, there are two options:
WhatsApp Channel:
This is a relatively new WhatsApp feature that allows companies to share content with a wide audience. Communication is one-sided (only from the company).
WhatsApp Business API:
